For families of Worthington Kilbourne players

2023 Player Pack Fee - Click to Pay

Due November 30

These fees help pay for each student-athlete’s player pack (basketball shoes, backpack, bag tag, track suit, garage/window sign). Breakers Club also pays for team equipment, team camps, special team activities, athlete recognition, senior night, the team banquet, and assistant coach salaries, among other items. The Breakers Club raises most of its funds by hosting three youth basketball tournaments each year at WKHS with the help of parent volunteers. Your $165 player pack fee specifically helps offset some of the cost of your child's player pack. No player will be denied participation in the basketball program due to financial hardship — please contact Coach Lewis privately.

Final Forms

Worthington Kilbourne Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You will review your information once per school year to verify information is current and sign the forms.

SportsYou

SportsYou is a website and app that coaches will use to post practice schedules and communicate with players and their families. You can download the app from the Apple or Google app stores. For a code to join the Worthington Kilbourne team, please email us.
